At the conclusion of the 48-hour sprint, ownership is transferred to you. You have two tactical options:
We provide the GitHub Repository, API Keys, and Deployment Documentation. You take full custody. Our engagement ends.
We retain infrastructure control. We handle server costs, API updates, and security patches.
Requests to "just add one more feature" during the 48-hour sprint will be rejected to protect the timeline. Additional features can be queued for the Sustainment Phase.
