Operation SecureFlow:
Defense-Grade AI Security Platform
/// SITREP: PROPOSAL P-1071
THE VALIDATION: This architecture was submitted to PEO Digital under pilot proposal P-1071.
THE RESULT: The proposal cleared technical review and has been placed in the Navy's Pilot Pipeline. Since that submission, the asset has been upgraded to TRL 6 (System Prototype). It is now capable of ingesting external telemetry logs for immediate Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT).
THE MANDATE: PEO Digital's initiative seeks to modernize naval IT infrastructure. Operation SecureFlow answers this by demonstrating that AI-driven automation can deliver immediate tactical value without waiting for multi-year procurement cycles.

/// THE SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE
Operation SecureFlow is a Rapid-Response C2 Interface built on a Python/Streamlit core. It consolidates four mission-critical capabilities into a single unified dashboard.
1. AI-Powered Security Monitoring
Real-time network anomaly detection using Isolation Forest (Unsupervised Learning).
System now accepts external CSV/Syslog exports for immediate threat analysis. Operators can drag-and-drop firewall logs to validate detection algorithms against their own data.
Auto-Quarantine logic allows the system to isolate malicious packets from the main stream in real-time, moving from "Passive Monitoring" to "Active Defense."
2. Predictive Performance Analytics
24-hour performance forecasts using time-series extrapolation. Predicts CPU load and bandwidth saturation to enable proactive maintenance.
3. Automated Compliance Engine
Continuous validation against DoD 8500.01 and NIST 800-53 standards. Auto-generates audit-ready PDF reports, eliminating manual data entry.
/// TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Why Streamlit? It enables rapid prototyping without frontend complexity, allowing us to focus on the ML pipelines and logic layers.
Why Unsupervised ML? No need for labeled attack data. The system learns "normal" patterns autonomously and flags deviations.
/// STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITY (FCT)
This asset is a Non-Developmental Item (NDI). It does not require R&D funding. It requires Test & Evaluation (T&E) funding.
FOR FCT SPONSORS: As a Canadian-developed COTS technology, SecureFlow is eligible for OSD Foreign Comparative Testing funding. This removes the budget burden from PEO Digital while delivering a TRL 6 asset for immediate evaluation.
- → The Customer: PEO Digital (Validation P-1071).
- → The Status: TRL 6 Prototype (Live Data Ready).
- → The Ask: FCT Sponsorship for live range testing.
