AIME Intelligence is a solo-operator AI consultancy founded by Mani Mehramooz. We build AI systems that ship -- for defense, government, and industrial clients who need working prototypes faster than traditional procurement allows.
This is not an agency. There is no bench of interchangeable developers. When you engage AIME, you work directly with the person who scopes the problem, builds the system, and hands it off. That means faster decisions, fewer communication layers, and accountability that doesn't get diffused across a team.

Every engagement is outcome-first. We define what success looks like before work begins, price against the scope, and deliver against that criteria. No billable hours. No retainers. No vendor lock-in.
You own everything we build -- the code, the models, the documentation. The goal is to hand you a system your team can run, maintain, and extend without calling us back. We succeed when you don't need us anymore.
Outcome Guarantee
If we can't deliver a useful outcome within the agreed scope, you don't pay for the final milestone. This is written into every scope document before work begins.
What We Don't Do
Clarity about scope prevents bad engagements for both sides.
We don't build chatbots for marketing departments. We don't do hourly consulting. We don't take projects where we can't define a clear success metric upfront.
